General Shipping Information

FindyOak Inc. currently ships select products throughout the United States. Shipping availability, carrier options, and delivery methods may vary depending on the product type, destination, season, and weather conditions.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size and weight
  • shipping destination
  • shipping speed selected
  • carrier availability

From time to time, FindyOak may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds on qualifying orders.


FOOD & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products, including prepared foods, frozen items, or perishable specialty products, may require expedited shipping services such as overnight or 2-day delivery.

Perishable shipments may only be available on specific shipping days to help avoid transit delays or weekend holds.

FindyOak reserves the right to delay shipment of perishable products due to:

  • weather conditions
  • carrier disruptions
  • extreme temperatures
  • operational or food safety concerns

We may contact you prior to shipment to coordinate delivery timing for certain specialty food items.


DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

FindyOak is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather events
  • customs or routing issues
  • incorrect shipping addresses
  • delivery access problems

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and products when possible.

FindyOak is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

LOCAL DELIVERY & CATERING

Local delivery or catering services may be available in select Southern Colorado areas.

Additional delivery fees, setup fees, staffing charges, minimums, or scheduling requirements may apply for catering and event orders.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if packages are returned or require re-delivery due to incorrect address information.
